INTRODUCTION
These terms and conditions are not a legal agreement to protect my ass since I provide illegal hacking services so I don't give a ***** about law enforcement and three letter agencies but it's a reminder for my customers to understand how my services work.
USE OF SERVICES
My services are explained in detail before start a project and you must agree with that terms, conditions and prices to get started. Once I start to work, is not possible any change so don't ***** with me because we'll complete the job on the established timeline.
Using my services and contracting me under a not legal deal, you agree not to:
- Sharing or exposing information about my projects or members publicy.
- Reselling my services in clearweb, deepweb or darknet marketplaces.
- Harassing or abusing others by engaging in threats under my name.
- Disclosure information about source code of my software and tools.
- Under special or exigent circumstances I may ban you for whatever.
If you broke this rules I may terminate your contract at any time.
INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO ME
Information that you provide to me to get started with a project will be deleted and purged after finish the job with low level format.
PAYMENT METHODS
I ONLY accept Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, USDT and Monero. There are no more payment methods. If there were, I'd be glad to tell you, but there aren't.
METHOD OF WORK
I charge 50% before start to work and 50% remaining when the job is completed and you have seen reliable proofs to confirm it. If you don't feel confortable paying half upfront because you are a new customer and don't know me you can use an escrow service.
PROOFS OF WORK
I'll provide any proof that you want to confirm that the job is completed before pay the other half so you don't have to worry about nothing but don't ask for thousand of proofs containing a lot of sensitive data because I provide reliable proofs and not spoofing.
NO WARRANTIES
This service is provided as-is with no warranty, express or implied so I have nothing to do if I get a password and it's changes after a sucessfull right delivery. Don't *****ing sue me over shit I don't have an obligation to provide because you will get *****ed.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
I am not liable to you or to any other party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, regardless of whether I was advised of the possibility of such damage. This mean that if you are caught and you get in a trouble you are alone in that shit.
DISCLAIMER/LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
I won't be responsible for the actions that a person may take after using it's services but I don't care at all so you can blame me.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW
My site is hosted in the Tor Network and all my servers are hidden but located in a safe country out of the 14 Eyes jurisdiction so I don't give a ***** about governing law and any data requests issued to me will NOT be replied but will be shared with those involved.
